This is when we find out all about you! I will an email intake form and dosha quiz to get you started. Please return them no later than 24hrs before your initial consult. This info along with some other physical observations (tongue selfie, anyone?) will help me get you started with your personalized Rx for living! You will get your Dinacharya and list of other customized suggestions to try on and experiment with over the next few weeks before your first follow-up.

We will touch base and go over the past few weeks- what's working, what's next. Here we go next level with deeper and more personalized suggestions for how to reduce Ama (toxins), increase Ojas (vital essence), stoke Agni (digestive fire) and set up your game plan for the next few weeks/months…

Follow-up sessions are what you want and need them to be. Need to talk/check-in? Let's grab a chai or chat on the phone. Need help finding what's on your foods/herbs list? Let's go shopping! Don't know what to do with this stuff now that you've got it?  Cooking class time! Need to get on your mat? I will create a personal practice for your doshic needs. MY hOMe or YOURS! This is your time. Choose how you want to use it.
