cOMe on down hOMe and celebrate the Spring Equinox and New Moon with our first ever Gift Circle at hOMe downtown!! Learn to BEAD the mala, how to PRAY the mala, and then share the LOVE by gifting it to another hOMie! When you register you will be given the name of someone else that has signed up. You will be able to hold this person in your heart while beading the mala, infusing it with love and intention and personalizing it for that person specifically and then, Secret Santa style, we will gift each other with our OMazing creations! 🙏🙏

The BIG Spring Cleanse

The Big Spring Cleanse with Caroline is on the hOMe downtown calendar for the First Weekend of Spring,  March 21-22!!! She IS driving all the way down from Memphis so we decided to make it a whole weekend experience!! 3 parts!!! Same pricing as last. Together or sep. $75 ea or $202 for all. Cooking + Dinner  sat night, 6-9. Cooking + Brunch Sunday, 9-12. Afternoon cleanse lecture + asana, 1-4. Our teacher, Kathryn Templeton, is giving attendees (to any/all sessions) a discount on her traditional 21 day ayurvedic cleanse (discount TBA, reg price $30) and I'm going to use that wknd as kickoff for myself and anyone that wants to join in. (I could mis def use the community/support!) I will host a FB group and include one free class pass/wk  for the 3 wks for my Kapha Clearing hOMies.

I've been so engrossed in getting this next phase of my yoga lab ready that I haven't been paying any love to my baby blog. Well, Mercury is going direct so I guess my view is lifting a little... And I wanted to at least check in. So... My Meet Herb Sunday post will be on hiatus but I will be checking in with new Sunday addition starting THIS SUNDAY! My new studio, hOMe downtown, will be opening in the next few weeks with so many OMazing workshops and events already planned for y'all! I Miss Hanging Out

So I am super excited about covering swings at Pink Lotus in Lexington, SC for my teacher, the ohmazing Nicole Zimmer. It's my first time checking out the new digs since she expanded her studio in the old mill and I can hardly wait. I've got room in my ride for 2 more! You must preregister to save your swing then holler at your girl if ya wanna ride with!
